Cloud Architect

With the continued growth of Client’s cloud environments, the Cloud Architecture team requires Cloud Architects to assess, build, and design solutions for various business demands

Also participate in business requirement and technology discussions, assess, and design hybrid/multi cloud architectures and solutions. Automate cloud deployments using IaC. Develop and implement leading multi-cloud standards, governance, and policies.

• Proficient with various cloud services, platforms, technologies, and concepts, especially Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services and Oracle Cloud
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of business needs and design architectures and solutions that align with the organization’s requirements around scalability, resiliency, reliability, and security.
• Research and implement leading practices around cloud frameworks, standards, governance, policies, cost management, and security that align with the organization’s standards.
• Document architectural designs (Microsoft Visio diagrams), cloud configurations, implementation guides, governance/policies, etc.
• Implement IaC for multi-cloud environments (Terraform preferred).
• Knowledge of interoperability and integrations between cloud and on-premises systems.
• Assess applications and on-premises systems for cloud suitability and create detailed migration plans and roadmaps.
• Ensure that cloud environments’ disaster recovery and backup solutions adhere to the organizational and regulatory compliance RTO/RPO standards.
• Collaborate with various cross-functional technical teams, as well as procurement and finance teams, in technology-related discussions and decision-making processes.
• Engage business users and stakeholders as needed with an ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand language.
• Assist cloud teams with problem-solving and troubleshooting as needed using various debugging tools and techniques.
