Job description
Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the information security program to protect customer data, systems, and networks. You’ll work with government partners and cross-functional teams to implement policies, perform risk assessments, and maintain accreditations. You will drive incident response and continuous monitoring to defend against cyber threats. This is a mission-driven position that shapes security posture across programs and supports national security objectives. Compensation / Benefits * Prepare and update System Security Plans for all automated information systems * Oversee information security policy implementation and best practices * Ensure software/hardware compliance with PSO IAW the Program Security Plan * Prepare and update Equipment Security Certification * Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities * Design and implement cyber security measures to protect data and systems * Lead incident response efforts during breaches or attacks * Establish continuous monitoring per customer Cyber Security Office guidance * Maintain security approvals and accreditations IAW ICD 503 * Support integration with customer network mapping tools * Collaborate with IT and other departments to embed security across the organization * Provide security awareness training to employees and stakeholders * Stay current with security trends, technologies, and threats * Provide integration support for discovery/network mapping activities Tasks * Current TS/SCI with polygraph * BA/BS or equivalent experience in a related field * 7+ years of related work experience * Profound understanding of Defense Counterintelligence and CISSP * ISSO certification and relevant experience with IT service, cybersecurity, and/or Program Security * Ability to collaborate with government partners, program managers, and offices within the IC and defense industry * Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams * Ability to implement strategic goals and develop operational plans for technical areas Key requirements * flexible time off * robust learning resources * healthcare benefits * retirement plans * continuing education * time off benefits
