Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the development of scalable backend and React-based frontend solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design APIs, implement microservices, and drive CI/CD automation to support high-availability applications. The role blends hands-on coding with architecture and performance optimization to deliver production-grade systems. Compensation / Benefits * Design, develop and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs using Node.js * Build and integrate React-based frontend components for responsive UIs * Develop and maintain RESTful APIs with production-grade scalability * Contribute to system architecture, microservices design, and performance optimization * Drive CI/CD implementation and automated deployments * Work with SQL and NoSQL databases including schema design and tuning * Ensure code quality through testing and best practices * Participate in the full SDLC from requirements to deployment and maintenance * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions * Provide production support including RCAs and performance enhancements * Utilize Python for backend scripting or integrations Tasks * Bachelor in Computer Science or equivalent experience * 6-8 years of full stack/backend development experience * Node.js (Express.js or similar) experience * RESTful API design and development * React.js frontend development * Database design (SQL and NoSQL) * CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) * Microservices architecture and distributed systems * Working knowledge of Python (FastAPI or similar) * Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) experience * Cloud platforms (Azure, GCP) familiarity * Strong software design patterns and best practices Key requirements *
