Technical Lead - Data Analytics and Platform Organization

• Develop and maintain applications supporting the Capital Management function.
• Engage in the design and implementation of new technology for data ingestion, rules execution, and analytics.
• Contribute to a greenfield project aimed at replacing legacy systems within Treasury Technology.
• Ensure applications align with critical regulatory programs, including Basel IV and FRTB.
• Serve in a delivery-focused, techno-functional role, bridging the gap between technical implementation and business requirements.
• Identify risks and issues, and propose improvements to enhance application performance and compliance.

Education: A Bachelor of Science or Master of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or any quantitative discipline is required. An MBA is considered an advantage.

Experience: A minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years as a data analyst. Experience should include a deep understanding of Capital Markets, with a focus on Credit Risk, Market Risk, or Capital calculations. Familiarity with Capital Markets regulations (Basel, CRR, CRD IV) is necessary.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SQL programming, preferably with databases such as Oracle Exadata.
• Programming experience with Python or Java/.Net.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Hadoop.
• Knowledge of Big Data Architectures and Cloud computing.
• Familiarity with machine-learning techniques, classifiers, and statistical methods.
