Experteer Overview As Analytics Engineer at Ebury in Madrid, you own your domain’s data warehouse and set standards for data modelling, structuring, and consumption.You will build a semantic layer to empower AI agents and business stakeholders with trusted, reusable data assets.Working within a Domain-Driven Design framework, you’ll align Product, Engineering and Data to ensure architectural coherence.This hybrid role combines strategic roadmap work with hands-on data engineering, in a fast-growing fintech environment that values collaboration and impact.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Own domain data warehouse standards, patterns and governance - Design and deliver robust data products from definition to delivery with stakeholder impact and testing in mind - Balance strategic roadmap planning with hands-on implementation and critical fixes - Proactively monitor data products and propose alerting frameworks to catch anomalies - Develop data models with modern software practices (version control, testing, CI/CD) - Promote best practices for query development, code review, documentation and testing - Manage data pipeline orchestration using Airflow in Cloud Composer - Collaborate to reinforce platform-wide quality and best practicesResponsabilidades - 2+ years in analytics engineering or similar roles - Strong SQL skills for building, testing and optimizing complex models - Knowledge of data products that are trustworthy, maintainable and valuable to end users - Finance domain knowledge (Pu**L, FX, exposure, reconciliation) - Experience with Domain-Driven Design or strong curiosity about it - English proficiency; Spanish is a plusRequisitos principales -
