Senior Data Analyst Growth

Experteer Overview In this role you will anchor data-driven growth for Fever’s Secret Media Network.You’ll own data pipelines, dashboards, and governance while shaping decisions with analysis and AI-powered automation.You collaborate across functions to identify growth opportunities and transform insights into actions.This position blends data engineering with business analytics to scale impact in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.Compensaciones / Beneficios * Own and maintain data pipelines and dashboards powering the team’s reporting * Standardize core metric definitions to ensure consistent measurement * Design and run experiments to identify drivers of performance and translate results into recommendations * Proactively surface growth opportunities beyond answered questions * Design data definitions and architectures to prevent issues and enable reliable self-serve data * Set and enforce data quality, documentation, and access standards * Leverage AI tools to automate recurring reports and streamline analytics workflows * Partner with automation and tooling teams to accelerate data processes * Serve as the go-to data partner for cross-functional teams and present findings to non-technical stakeholders Responsabilidades * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM field * 3-5 years in Data Analyst / Analytics / BI role * SQL skills and experience with dbt or equivalent, cloud data warehouses * Experience building dashboards (Metabase, Looker, Tableau, or similar) * Hands-on experience with AI tools to automate/accelerate analytics * Curious, business-minded approach focusing on actionable insights * Experience designing/analyzing A/B tests is a strong plus * Comfort with ambiguity and turning messy questions into clear analysis * Proficient in English; Spanish a plus Requisitos principales *
