Position Overview¿Es este el puesto que está buscando?Si es así, siga leyendo para obtener más detalles y no olvide enviar su solicitud hoy mismo.The Enterprise Data Management (EDM) Specialist is responsible for the operation, optimization, and continuous enhancement of the enterprise Data Governance Platform, focusing on Informatica Cloud Data Governance Catalog (CDGC) and Cloud Data Quality (CDQ).The role ensures trusted, discoverable, and governed data through metadata management, data quality controls, and data lineage.It serves as a technical authority managing metadata ingestion, API integrations, platform monitoring, and service account governance while enabling advanced data observability.ResponsibilitiesConfigure, automate, and manage data quality rules and monitoring frameworks within CDQ, using AI?based anomaly detection and monitoring.Use AI to ensure accurate capture, validation, and maintenance of end?to?end data lineage, supporting impact analysis and regulatory transparency.Define and implement data observability metrics, report, and dashboarding, surfacing trends and insights with AI tools.Generate and maintain business glossaries, data asset descriptions, and stewardship documentation using AI assistants, proposing and pre?populating data quality rules and policies.Collaborate with data stewards and stakeholders to drive adoption of catalog and governance capabilities, including training on AI?assisted catalog features.Manage platform access, including user roles, permissions, and service account lifecycle management.Design, configure, and optimize metadata ingestion processes using Informatica connectors, APIs, and custom integration patterns.Execute and maintain API/MCP?based read and write operations to enable automated metadata ingestion, enrichment, and governance workflows.Monitor reliability of scanning processes, ingestion pipelines, API activity, and platform performance; troubleshoot and resolve related issues.Act as a subject?matter expert and second?line support, coordinating with platform administrators and Informatica vendor support for complex incidents.Document standards, processes, and best practices using AI to ensure scalability, consistency, and operational excellence.QualificationsBachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or related field.Hands?on expertise with Informatica IDMC, specifically MCC, CDGC, and CDQ.Deep understanding of metadata management and enterprise data cataloging, including metadata models, classifications, and glossaries, and integration patterns for ingesting metadata from multiple sources.Experience designing and implementing data quality rules, data lineage, impact analysis, and governance frameworks.Proficient with SQL and data structures; experience with enterprise data platforms, data warehouses, ETL/ELT tools, and cloud ecosystems.Experience with API integration and automation (REST APIs, MCP frameworks).Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, Service principals).Practical experience with Generative AI, scripting or programming languages for automation.Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, design prompt strategies, and integrate AI components into governance workflows.Preferred Skills & CompetenciesExperience with additional data governance/catalog solutions such as Collibra or Alation.Exposure to AI/ML?based observability or monitoring tools for data platforms.Experience with scripting or programming languages commonly used for automation (Python, PowerShell).Familiarity with cloud?native data services in Azure and/or AWS, including security and compliance controls.Experience designing or operating AI?assisted self?service data discovery capabilities for business users.Proactive, results?driven attitude with commitment to continuous improvement.Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem?solving capabilities.Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.BenefitsCompetitive salary and yearly bonus.Flexible working model to support work?life balance.Option to work abroad up to 25 days yearly.Over 300 € for home office setup and additional monthly allowance.Internal and external training, including language courses.Ticket restaurant and health insurance with flexibility to exchange for other benefits.Life and accident insurance, collective life retirement plan, and stock options.Referral bonus of ** € and banking and insurance benefits.LocationBarcelona, Poblenou (ES)Equal Opportunity StatementAt Zurich, we are an equal opportunity employer.xqbhyrx We attract and retain the best?qualified individuals regardless of race/ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, or disability.#J-***-Ljbffr
