Senior Analyst - Digitalization & Data

Experteer Overview As Analytical Engineer in Audit Operations, you will bridge data engineering, analytics and the audit business.You build and maintain analytics-ready data products that support reporting, MI, and the AI strategy of Group Audit.You’ll develop the data and analytics infrastructure so auditors and analysts can work with trusted data.This role combines hands-on data work with influence on decision-making and AI enablement in a regulated environment.Compensaciones / Beneficios * Design, build and maintain curated datasets (silver/gold) for reporting, MI and AI use cases * Develop robust ETL pipelines using SQL, dataflows and analytics platforms for Power BI and AI solutions * Create data models with clear semantics to ensure consistent metrics across dashboards and reports * Prepare structured and unstructured data for AI/GenAI use cases with governance-by-design * Embed data quality checks and governance into transformations and models to ensure trust and auditable data Responsabilidades * Strong analytical engineering and data development experience * Advanced SQL and data transformation skills * Power BI, dataflows, semantic models experience * AI-ready data mindset and experience preparing data for AI/GenAI in regulated environments * Ownership mindset with end-to-end data product delivery * Ability to explain data concepts to business users and translate requirements into solutions * Fluent spoken and written English * Experience with Databricks, Fabric or similar analytics platforms (beneficial) * Experience with unstructured data and data platform development (beneficial) * Experience supporting analytics or reporting in risk, audit, or assurance environments (beneficial) * Experience enabling AI/GenAI solutions in regulated environments (beneficial) * Experience with Microsoft Copilots in Power BI/M365 environment (beneficial) Requisitos principales * Flexible working model * Home office setup allowance * Trainings including language classes * Health and life insurance options * Collective retirement plan * Referral bonus for new hires
