Staff Product Development Technical Program Manager - Austin, TX or Secaucus, NJ

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across electrical, mechanical, power, thermal, manufacturing, and supply chain to deliver manufacturable, high-quality platforms on schedule. Compensation / Benefits * Own system-level program strategy and execution across feature delivery, quality, and supply continuity * Align engineering, product management, sales, operations, and supply chain to translate capabilities into actionable plans * Lead complex, multi-disciplinary hardware solutions (PCBAs, mechanicals, power/thermals, OS, BMC, BIOS, software, validation) with vendors * Act as system-level integrator across hardware, firmware, and software to manage dependencies and risks * Ensure manufacturability, reliability, serviceability, and scalability with manufacturing and supplier collaboration * Lead core execution mechanisms (weekly reviews, milestones) with global stakeholders * Identify and mitigate system-level program risks with cross-functional solutions * Provide data-driven status to senior leadership and escalate high-impact issues * Define and manage program governance, documentation, and communications * Define, track, and publish program metrics and KPIs * Lead BOM strategy and lifecycle management from prototype to production * Mentor and influence other PMs and technical leads to raise execution rigor Tasks * Proven experience owning system-level hardware programs across the full development lifecycle * Strong hardware systems depth including cross-functional execution across hardware, BMC/BIOS, manufacturing, quality, operations, and supply chain * Experience driving design for manufacturability, reliability, and serviceability * Hands-on BOM lifecycle management with disciplined change control * Strong program leadership, communication, and stakeholder influencing skills * Data-driven decision making with hardware execution metrics and risk tracking * Customer-facing experience in launches, field quality, or hardware discussions with partners Key requirements *
