Experteer Overview As Salesforce Agentforce Architect, you will shape the architecture strategy for Agentforce, Einstein AI, Data Cloud, and enterprise Salesforce implementations. You will partner with stakeholders to translate business goals into scalable AI-powered solutions and secure, reliable architectures. You’ll lead architecture discussions, governance, and design reviews to drive digital transformation. This role combines technical leadership with proactive collaboration to deliver impactful, enterprise-wide Salesforce capabilities. Compensation / Benefits * Define and own the architecture strategy and roadmap for Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI, Data Cloud, and enterprise Salesforce implementations * Lead architecture discussions with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, product owners, and technical teams to align AI-powered solutions with business objectives * Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Agentforce solutions leveraging Agent Builder, Prompt Builder, Copilot Actions, Data Cloud, Einstein AI, and Salesforce platform capabilities * Architect intelligent agents, conversation flows, topics, actions, prompts, and knowledge-driven experiences to automate processes and enhance engagement * Establish architecture standards, governance, design principles, and best practices for Agentforce and Generative AI implementations * Define enterprise integration architectures between Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, external applications, middleware platforms, and AI services * Evaluate and recommend AI, Data Cloud, and Salesforce capabilities to address business challenges and enable transformation * Lead solution design reviews, architecture governance boards, and technical assessments across programs * Ensure scalability, performance, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices are embedded in designs * Provide technical leadership and mentorship to solution architects, leads, developers, and project teams * Collaborate with business and technology leadership to define long-term Salesforce and AI adoption strategies Tasks * 10 years of experience in Salesforce architecture, design, and implementation * 5 years leading enterprise Salesforce architecture initiatives * Proven experience with large-scale Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds and domains * Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI, Prompt Builder, Agent Builder, Copilot Actions, and Generative AI * Deep expertise in Salesforce platform architecture (Apex, LWC), data modeling, integration patterns, and security planning * Experience in enterprise AI and Data Cloud solutions leveraging customer data, knowledge automation, and conversational AI * Strong understanding of Salesforce Well-Architected Framework, Enterprise Integration Patterns, and scalable cloud architectures * Experience designing APIs and integrations (MuleSoft, Platform Events, Event-Driven Architecture, External Services) * Security architecture expertise (profiles, permission sets, sharing models, data governance, compliance) * Ability to engage with executives and translate business strategy into technology roadmaps * Certifications in Salesforce (Application Architect, System Architect, AI Specialist and/or Agentforce Specialist) and Data Cloud Consultant or equivalent experience * Experience with large-scale Salesforce transformation programs and global delivery teams Key requirements *
