Job description

Job Duties: Under direct supervision, assist in the analysis, implementation, coding, documentation, maintenance, and support of computer programs, applying knowledge of programming techniques and computer systems for client projects using Java full stack. Write specifications and reports, code, test, and debug computer programs. Review user requests and software program requirements for new and modified programs. Conduct detailed discussions and meetings with clients, functional users, consultants, and product owners to gather comprehensive requirement specifications, performance metrics, and key performance indicators. Evaluate current system capabilities, workflows, and scheduling constraints to assess the feasibility of proposed changes within the existing system architecture. Collaborate with end users to analyze complex business challenges in the current system and identify opportunities for improvement. Create detailed flowcharts and diagrams to visualize software architecture that effectively and cost-efficiently meets client requirements. Create comprehensive technical specifications for application development, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with product owners and development teams to review design concepts and validate prototypes against user needs and technical feasibility. Review technical design specifications and perform hands-on development and coding to create new programs or enhance existing ones in accordance with defined design requirements. Create comprehensive test plans based on system requirements specifications to ensure thorough validation of application functionality. Interacted directly with end-users to troubleshoot production issues, resolve complex technical problems, and ensure minimal disruption to business operations. Implement strict access controls and permission-based document management systems to ensure that only authorized personnel can view, edit, or delete sensitive documentation. Maintain version control and audit trails to monitor changes, track user activity, and detect any unauthorized modifications or deletions. Create and deliver structured training programs tailored to different user roles, ensuring comprehensive understanding of system features, functionality, and best practices. Use of Agile, Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Spring Boot, Microservices, RESTful APIs, Angular, Jenkins, Tekton, Git, GitHub, Bitbucket, Jira, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and AWS.

Requirements

Position requires 1 year of experience with Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular, Jenkins, Git, Jira, PostgreSQL, and AWS., Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field. Plus 1 year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation including Java Developer or related experience. Position requires 1 year of experience with Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular, Jenkins, Git, Jira, PostgreSQL, and AWS. 40hrs/week.
