Experience Possesses relevant experience in Quality Assurance (QA) or User Acceptance Testing (UAT) roles.Applies practical experience with HRIS, Payroll Processing, or Workforce Management (WFM) systems.Demonstrates direct experience with UKG Pro and/or UKG Dimensions. Knowledge/Skills Understands and applies principles of Quality Assurance (QA) and testing methodologies.Develops effective Test Case Development strategies.Facilitates and manages User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.Executes and analyzes Regression Testing.Performs Data Validation techniques with precision.Possesses strong functional knowledge of UKG Pro.Understands the capabilities and configurations of UKG Dimensions.Applies knowledge of HRIS functionalities and best practices.Comprehends Payroll Processing workflows and requirements.Understands Workforce Management (WFM) concepts and system applications.Exhibits strong analytical and problem-solving skills, identifying root causes and proposing solutions.Communicates complex technical information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
