Job description

  • Design, develop, and enhance Java-based solutions supporting oncology laboratory systems within a highly customized implementation.

  • Customize and implement new processes for laboratory testing, documentation, and data analysis.

  • Contribute to:

  • New feature development and system enhancements

  • Assay modifications and assay development initiatives

  • Use Java to customize and extend laboratory testing workflows, documentation, and data analysis within a highly customized LIMS implementation

  • Provide Tier 2-3 technical support to internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

  • Collaborate closely with laboratory, IT, and validation teams to ensure compliant and reliable system functionality. Required Experience & Qualifications

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of hands-on Java development experience at a Senior or Principal level.

  • Prior experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) strongly preferred; LabVantage experience is a significant plus.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
