Overview¿Posee las habilidades y la experiencia adecuadas para este puesto?Siga leyendo para descubrirlo y envíe su solicitud.Job Title: IT Business Process Manager.In this role you shape and evolve the Digital Assets ecosystem to support global and regional commercial goals.You act as a bridge between Business, Technology and external partners to ensure platforms meet priorities, regulatory needs and long?term strategy.You lead end?to?end digital operating models, drive adoption, and align platforms with cross?functional processes.You will work closely with stakeholders to define operating plans and oversee global initiatives that impact multiple markets.This is a strategic, impact?driven opportunity to transform how digital assets support commercial success and patient outcomes.ResponsibilitiesAct as System Owner for assigned digital platforms and align priorities with governance and platform evolutionCollaborate with business stakeholders to anticipate needs and shape digital operating modelsMaximize business value of digital solutions through best practices and cross?market adoptionDefine how platforms support end?to?end business processes across commercial, medical, regulatory and complianceLead cross?functional coordination to ensure scalability and alignment with future digital engagement modelsOversee IT service delivery for Digital Assets across DevOps cycle (monitoring, testing, development management)Gather and prioritize demand from Business Process Owners; drive requirements translation to technical specsSimplify and verify requirements throughout project lifecycle to protect business and user needsEnsure documentation and knowledge transfer to outsourced maintenance providersCoordinate with development teams to ensure correct implementation of business requirementsLead meetings and workshops to align stakeholders and secure agreement across complex environmentsManage external partners and suppliers to ensure quality delivery and alignment with objectivesDefine strategic operating plans for Digital Assets covering people, processes, tools, governance and technologyInfluence prioritization, governance and roadmap decisions with senior commercial stakeholdersLead global initiatives and international programs across markets and providers5+ years of experience in IT application development xqbhyrx and process designProven track record in leading global or international digital initiativesExperience translating business needs into scalable digital solutions aligned with commercial goalsSolid understanding of pharmaceutical commercial, medical and regulatory processesExperience with demand management and project management in agile environmentsStrong stakeholder management and governance capabilities in international settingsExperience using Jira Software for demand and project managementLanguages: Spanish and English proficiencyTechnical and functional full?stack skills in web and app development and monitoringLocationGirona, Kingdom Of Spain, ES#J-*****-Ljbffr
