Job description
- Develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, including classes, triggers, and batch processes.
- Build user-friendly interfaces and custom functionality with Lightning Web Components and Aura components.
- Create declarative solutions using Salesforce automation tools, especially advanced Flows, custom objects, validation rules, and security controls.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software defects, performance issues, and data integration challenges.
- Write clean, well-documented code and maintain robust test classes to achieve 75-80% or higher code coverage.
- Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to development best practices.
- Manage application lifecycle activities, sandbox environments, and deployment cycles.
- Use GitHub and CI/CD tools to support source control and release management.
Requirements
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, build, and maintain high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura components, and Salesforce declarative tools, along with a solid understanding of deployment practices, troubleshooting, and code quality standards., * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
- Strong proficiency in SOQL, SOSL, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS
- At least 3 years’ experience in developing on the Salesforce platform with Apex, LWC, and Aura.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Flows and data model, custom objects, data migration tools, validation rules, and security configuration.
- Experience debugging application issues and resolving integration or performance bottlenecks.
- Familiarity with GitHub, source control, and CI/CD deployment processes.
- Ability to write high-quality test classes and maintain strong code coverage.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment., * Experience with Salesforce development best practices and platform governance.
- Knowledge of enterprise software deployment workflows.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
