Job description
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to join a long-term project with our Client. This is a 100% onsite position in Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce development expertise with hands-on experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Flows, and Salesforce platform architecture., * Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex), Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.
- Configure Salesforce using Flows, custom objects, validation rules, approval processes, and security controls.
- Develop and optimize SOQL/SOSL queries and implement efficient data models.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues, performance bottlenecks, and data integration problems.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following Salesforce best practices.
- Develop comprehensive unit test classes to maintain 75-80% code coverage.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
- Manage source control using GitHub and support deployment activities through CI/CD processes.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’’’’’’'’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 3+ years of Salesforce Platform development experience.

Strong hands-on experience with:
- Apex
- SOQL & SOSL
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Aura Components
- JavaScript
- HTML5
- CSS
Solid understanding of:
- Salesforce Data Model
- Security Architecture
- Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules
- Data Migration Tools
Experience with GitHub and Salesforce deployment lifecycle.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Salesforce architecture and enterprise application development.
- Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Mandatory Requirements
- Must be willing to work 100% onsite in Columbus, Ohio.
- Candidate must successfully complete an FBI fingerprint background check prior to the start date.
- Candidate must acknowledge that Client-issued equipment cannot be taken or used outside the United States.
