Remote Senior Business Analyst, ERP Finance & Accounting

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support enterprise finance and accounting systems initiatives. This individual will partner with accounting leadership, operational stakeholders, and technology teams to optimize financial processes across AP, AR, General Ledger, month-end close, compliance, reporting, and automation initiatives. The role requires a consultative professional who can gather requirements, identify process gaps, prototype solutions, and guide business users through system improvements. Candidates should possess strong ERP knowledge and be comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.

• 7+ years of BA, ERP, Systems Analyst, or Finance Systems experience
• Strong knowledge of AP, AR, GL, and financial accounting processes
• ERP implementation, support, enhancement, or optimization experience
• Requirements gathering and functional solution design experience
• Experience performing gap analysis and business process improvement
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders - Construction industry experience
• ERP deployment or go-live experience
• Accounting or Finance degree
• Lean, Six Sigma, or PMBOK exposure
• Change management experience
• AP automation experience
• Inventory management process knowledge
