Remote Senior Business Analyst, Job Cost Accounting & Construction ERP

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Business Analyst focused on Job Cost Accounting and Construction ERP systems. This individual will serve as a key liaison between accounting, operations, field teams, and technology stakeholders to optimize job costing processes and ERP functionality. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, evaluating current workflows, conducting gap analyses, supporting ERP enhancements, and driving process standardization across the organization. The ideal candidate has significant experience supporting construction or project-based accounting environments and understands how job costing, payroll, billing, procurement, and project execution intersect throughout the project lifecycle.

• 7+ years of ERP, Business Analysis, or Project Accounting experience
• Deep Job Cost Accounting experience

Understanding of project lifecycle including budgeting, estimating, billing, payroll impacts, and change orders

• Experience supporting ERP systems used in construction or project-based environments
• Strong requirements gathering and process mapping abilities
• Ability to troubleshoot operational and accounting workflows - Construction industry experience
• COINS ERP, Viewpoint Vista, Procore, or Autodesk Construction Cloud experience
• ERP implementation or migration experience
• Lean/Six Sigma background
• Change management experience
• Experience supporting field operations users
