Experteer Overview In this role you will design, implement, and optimize scalable, secure infrastructure to support current and future business needs. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure high performance, reliability, and alignment with standards. You will shape cloud adoption, migration, and cost/performance optimization while collaborating with security to enforce access control and encryption. The position offers responsibility for high availability, disaster recovery, and alignment with development, operations, and security goals. This is an opportunity to drive robust infrastructure architecture across networking, storage, compute, and cloud domains in a dynamic environment. Compensation / Benefits * Lead design and implementation of high performance, scalable, resilient infrastructure across networking, storage, compute, and cloud technologies * Create detailed architectural designs aligned with application requirements ensuring safety and soundness in every layer * Provide strategic direction on cloud adoption, migration strategies, and optimizing resources for cost, performance, and security * Collaborate with security to meet requirements including access control, encryption, and network segmentation * Evaluate and optimize infrastructure performance and identify cost-effective improvements * Ensure high availability and disaster recovery solutions to minimize downtime and maintain business continuity * Work with development, operations, and security teams to align infrastructure with business goals and application needs Tasks * Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field * 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure design, architecture, and operations * Extensive knowledge of networking, storage, virtualization, cloud technologies, databases, compute, and security * Hands-on experience across Compute, Storage, Windows, Linux, VMware, NAS, SDS, Object Storage, and related platforms * Experience with gateway integration, API management, DataPower, NGINX, NetScaler, PSG, and analytics/big data tools * Container platforms experience with OpenShift, PCF, Kubernetes, and Docker Key requirements *
