Specialist - Cloud & Infra Management

• Identifying problems, performance bottlenecks, and areas for improvement while troubleshooting issues related to Windows VM’s and OS
• Optimizing solutions for performance, resiliency and reliability
• Manage security groups, distribution groups, user accounts and delegated permissions to support business and application requirements in accordance with organizational security policies.
• Set up resiliency/observability tools with proper monitoring of systems for resiliency and security

• Windows Virtual machine management with middleware, infrastructure, and desktop/client management
• Monitor and maintain Microsoft Active Directory environments, including user accounts, groups, organizational units (OUs), and Group Policy Objects (GPOs)
• Hands-on experience in Automated Warehouse/ Supply Chain/ Logistics/ manufacturing
• Observability & monitoring tools, Mandatory Skills : Azure Active Directory, System Reliability Strategy Design
