Job description

Delivers complex system and data analysis and implements tools and technology for an organization. Maintains various management systems. Build, manage, and sustain systems, data analysis techniques, methods, tools, and processes. Drives data collection capabilities through collaboration with internal and external teams. Drives cross-departmental, and cross-functional team members., * Identifies, analyses gaps and document complex system analysis conducted on software programs, applications, infrastructure and business systems and services.

  • Collaborates with cross-departmental, cross-functional teams, and external partners and vendors.
  • Performs data collection across multiple systems, applications and business practices. conducts validation activities for system, application and business enhancement.
  • Implements new technology, application development, and business services for organizational efficiency. Maintains management of systems, process, procedure, techniques, and tools.
  • Drives evaluation of services, products and helps an organization to make a decision on new systems that meets organization needs and goal.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:

Position does not have direct reports but is expected to assist in guiding and mentoring less experienced staff. May lead a team of matrixed resources., The associate is primarily seated while performing the duties of the position. Occasional walking or standing is required. The hands are regularly used to write, type, key and handle or feel small controls and objects. The associate must frequently talk and hear. Weights up to 25 pounds are occasionally lifted.

Requirements

Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field OR in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, an additional 5 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.

Experience: 5 years relevant experience in system/technical analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Medicare/Medicaid LOB’s expertise with FACETS G6 Configuration and Elements Suite (EAM, EDM, RSM, TCS & FRM) products with trouble shooting skills and guide teams through updates and product enhancements in Agile Framework.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)

  • Ability to motivate self and foster a culture of continuous improvement and agile execution.
  • Knowledge of system or business analysis methods and evaluation criteria.
  • Knowledge of application development, application/data architecture, Infrastructure, and business systems and processes.
  • Knowledge of business or system analysis tools and techniques.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-based environment.
  • Must be able to meet established deadlines and handle multiple customer service demands from internal and external customers, within set expectations for service excellence. Must be able to effectively communicate and provide positive customer service to every internal and external customer, including customers who may be demanding or otherwise challenging.
  • Knowledge of Healthcare Payor Industry (Includes: Enrollment, Billing, Claims, Fulfillment activities).
  • Strong Experience in Medicare Advantage and Medicaid LOB’s including Dual Eligible Plans.
