HRIS Advisor: I

We’re looking for an HRIS Advisor / HRIS Analyst to provide day-to-day support for HR systems, including the HRIS, Learning Management System (LMS), and Applicant Tracking System (ATS). This role focuses on user support, troubleshooting, and scheduled system activities such as mass updates. Key Responsibilities

• Support HRIS, LMS, and ATS platforms and related processes
• Process and respond to daily user requests
• Provide production support and resolve issues via phone and email
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve system-related issues

• Experience supporting HR systems (HRIS, LMS, ATS) in a production environment
• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to support end users via phone/email
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and follow-through
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment

• On-site role in Louisville, KY (5 days per week)
• Standard business hours: M–F 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
