HRIS Analyst

The HRIS Analyst is responsible for supporting the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), Learning Management System (LMS), and Applicant Tracking System (ATS). This position processes daily user requests, provides production support, resolves system issues via phone and email, researches and resolves system-related issues, and performs scheduled activities, including mass updates., * Support the HRIS, LMS, and ATS.

• Process daily user requests.
• Provide production support via phone and email.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve system-related issues.
• Perform scheduled system activities and mass updates.
• Maintain accurate HR system data.
• Work with internal teams to resolve system issues.
• Document issues and resolutions as needed.

• Experience supporting HRIS or other HR systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills., * HRIS: 2 years (Required)
