Cloud Solution Architect Manager - Security

Experteer Overview As a CSA Manager, you lead a team of security-focused architects to drive customer security and AI transformation on Azure and Microsoft 365. You’ll mentor engineers to become trusted advisors, align security plays with customer success plans, and address go-live blockers through deep security expertise. Your work shapes customer outcomes by articulating Microsoft’s security value and guiding technical conversations with decision makers. You will foster continuous learning, scale repeatable IP, and contribute to measurable business results while aligning with Microsoft’s growth and inclusion culture.
