Job description

Experteer Overview In this role, you will design, develop and deploy AI agent solutions on AWS Bedrock, focusing on scalable Python-based backends and AI workflows. You will work with product, data engineering, and business teams to deliver intelligent assistants, autonomous agents, and RAG-powered applications. You’ll optimize performance, latency, and cost while ensuring governance, security and observability. This is a hands-on, impact-driven role that shapes AI capabilities across enterprise data platforms for practical business use. Compensation / Benefits * Design, develop and deploy AI/GenAI solutions using AWS Bedrock and Bedrock AgentCore * Build scalable backend services and AI workflows with Python * Implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) using vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources * Integrate Foundation Models (Claude, Nova, Llama, etc.) via AWS Bedrock * Develop prompt engineering, tool-calling, memory management and agent orchestration features * Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions * Optimize model performance, latency, scalability and cost * Implement monitoring, observability, security and governance for AI apps * Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews and production deployments Tasks * 10 years of software engineering experience * 1 year of experience building Generative AI or Agentic AI solutions * Proficiency in Python * Experience with AWS Bedrock and Bedrock AgentCore * Familiarity with Databricks (preferred) * Experience with RAG architectures, vector databases, and enterprise knowledge sources * Ability to integrate multiple foundation models via AWS Bedrock * Strong prompt engineering, memory management and agent orchestration skills * Collaboration with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams * AWS certifications are highly desirable Key requirements *
