Sr. IT Project Manager

Responsible for leading and managing a wide range of projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards., * Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.

• Coordinate efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management.
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
• Track project milestones and deliverables.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
• Conduct project post mortems and create recommendations reports to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, business administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of direct work experience in project management, preferably in the energy sector.
• Proven experience in people management, strategic planning, risk management, and change management.
• Proficiency in project management software tools.
• PMP certification is highly desirable.
