ERP- Project Manager

We’re looking for a seasoned IT Project Manager to oversee and deliver complex initiatives spanning ERP systems, enterprise applications, and core infrastructure. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the alignment and execution of cross-functional technology projects within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has strong infrastructure knowledge-particularly in servers, networking, and system dependencies-alongside hands-on experience managing ERP-related initiatives. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across IT, business units, and external vendors to drive impactful enterprise-wide solutions., * Manage full lifecycle delivery of infrastructure and ERP projects, including implementations, upgrades, and integrations.

• Coordinate across IT infrastructure (servers, networking, cloud platforms) and application teams to ensure alignment and readiness.
• Define project scope, schedule, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with internal teams and third-party vendors.
• Lead cross-functional teams, balancing infrastructure and ERP needs to ensure timely and successful project execution.
• Track progress, identify risks, and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Support system testing, validation, change management, and user training efforts.
• Apply Agile or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate to project needs.

• Minimum 5 years of IT Project Management experience, with a strong focus on ERP (e.g., JD Edwards, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Solid understanding of infrastructure components including servers, networking, databases, and cloud environments.
• Demonstrated success managing complex, enterprise-wide technology initiatives.
• Comfortable interfacing with technical teams, business users, and leadership alike.
• Industry experience in construction, real estate, or manufacturing is highly desirable.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certifications preferred., * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and prioritization capabilities.
• Proactive problem-solver with a delivery-focused mindset.
