Trade Support Analyst

Experteer Overview In this role, you will support the Securitized Products Middle Office by managing trades, assessing risk, and ensuring controls across multiple loan and collateral product lines. You will collaborate with Front Office, Trustees, and Clients to resolve issues and provide a clear view of structuring loans from funding to payoff. The position sits at the intersection of operations and client service, helping to uphold audit standards while improving processes. You will work on daily tasks like collateral reviews, base calculations, and reconciliations, with opportunities to contribute to special projects. This is a client-focused, control-oriented role within a market-leading team at JPMorganCh Compensation / Benefits * Review loans pledged as collateral and calculate borrowing bases; process advances and paydowns; maintain deal terms in loan and collateral systems * Update LoanIQ/ABSolute and collateral systems (Vulcan/Client Portal) with client activity * Resolve routine exceptions (ineligible loans, sublimits, margin calls, documentary exceptions) with Clients and Front Office * Perform reconciliations and reporting at deal and business levels * Ensure audit, control, and quality compliance; adhere to policies and procedures * Communicate with Front Office, Trustees, Clients and internal departments to resolve issues and respond to inquiries * Participate in special projects and department/bank initiatives Tasks * College degree in Finance/Accounting or 2+ years equivalent trade support experience * Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills * Highly organized, detail-oriented, and control-focused; understands full process flow * Ability to prioritize to meet client and Front Office demands * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; relationship-building across client bases * Strong PC skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint * Ability to work independently and in a team; self-motivated with leadership qualities * Ability to quickly learn new products and processes * Preferred: familiarity with automation tools such as Alteryx or Xceptor Key requirements * competitive total rewards package * comprehensive health care coverage * retirement savings plan * education/tuition reimbursement * mental health support * financial coaching
