Requirements

Strong .NET Developer with 8-10 years of hands-on experience in software development, testing, debugging, and application support.
Hands-on experience with React for front-end development, component-based UI design, integration with APIs, and responsive application delivery.
5+ years of experience working with FHIR, Implementation Guides, and healthcare interoperability standards.
Strong healthcare domain experience, preferably across payer workflows, CMS mandates, and regulatory interoperability commitments.
Self-starter with strong ownership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to integrate quickly into an existing team and contribute independently.
Solid understanding of SOLID principles, clean coding practices, scalable design, and maintainable application development.
Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills across business, technical, and delivery teams.
Experience or exposure to enterprise-approved AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, or GenAI platforms to improve coding productivity, documentation, and delivery efficiency., 1.
