Job description
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Tech Lead with strong expertise in AWS Cloud Infrastructure and Cloud Migrations. The ideal candidate will lead technical delivery, define AWS architecture, guide engineering teams, and work directly with customer stakeholders to deliver successful cloud migration projects.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Infrastructure/Cloud experience with 3+ years in a Technical Lead role.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS Cloud and production infrastructure.
- Expertise in AWS Control Tower, Landing Zone Accelerator (LZA), AWS Organizations, IAM, and multi-account architecture.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud migrations, including rehost (lift-and-shift) and replatform strategies.
- Experience with AWS Migration Hub, AWS Application Migration Service (MGN), DMS, DataSync, VM Import/Export, and related migration tools.
- Strong AWS networking knowledge: VPC, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, VPN, DNS.
- Experience with Terraform, AWS CDK, and scripting (Python/Bash/PowerShell).
- Strong leadership, customer-facing communication, and Agile delivery experience.
- AWS Certification required; AWS Solutions Architect Professional or DevOps Engineer Professional preferred.
