Requirements

8+ years of IT experience supporting the design, development, deployment, and delivery of enterprise technology solutions.
Strong experience migrating Oracle databases to AWS using AWS Database Migration Service (AWS DMS).
Hands-on experience with Full Load, Change Data Capture (CDC), and real-time streaming architectures.
Expertise in AWS infrastructure and networking, including VPCs, Subnets, Security Groups, Routing, VPN, and AWS Direct Connect.
Experience with EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, Lambda, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or AWS CloudFormation).
Strong experience with ETL/ELT processes and cloud data integration methodologies.
Experience with automation using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Experience with AWS CloudWatch and AWS CloudTrail for monitoring and logging.
Experience developing data migration, cutover, and rollback strategies while minimizing downtime.
Experience supporting hybrid cloud/on-premises environments and legacy system modernization.
AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified Database Specialty certification preferred.
Excellent communication skills with experience creating technical designs and migration runbooks.
Public Sector/State Government experience is preferred.
