Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Artificial Intelligence Manager to join our team remotely. As an AI manager, your primary role will be to lead and support a public accounting firm by designing, building, and deploying AI agents and agentic workflows to support tax, audit, attest, accounting, and operations. Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and agentic workflows to support various operations including but not limited to tax, audit, attest, accounting, and operations.

  1. Integrate internal systems like HR, recruiting, IT help desk, and more with AI solutions to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  2. Translate complex business problems into effective solutions through the innovative application of AI technologies.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and challenges, and design AI-based solutions to address them.
  4. Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of AI and leverage them to continually improve our AI capabilities.
  5. Train and mentor team members on AI technologies and methodologies.
  6. Ensure the ethical use of AI in all our operations and maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements

  1. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree or higher will be highly regarded.
  2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Accounting and Finance industry.
  3. Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI agents and workflows.
  4. Strong knowledge of AI technologies and methodologies, and their application in the business context.
  5. Proficiency in data structures and algorithms.
  6. Experience in integrating AI with internal systems like HR, recruiting, IT help desk, etc.
  7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business problems into AI solutions.
  8. Excellent communication and team management skills.
  9. Strong knowledge of the ethical considerations in AI and compliance requirements in the Accounting and Finance industry.
  10. Ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal supervision.
