Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you support mission-critical public safety software, acting as a key liaison between clients, product development, and internal teams. You diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring an excellent customer experience in a demanding environment. You continuously expand your technical knowledge and collaborate across functions to improve solutions. This position offers hands-on exposure to core product areas and opportunities to contribute to client success and adoption. Compensation / Benefits * Provide high-quality inbound support via phone, chat, web, and email for Public Safety and Enforcement Mobiles applications * Troubleshoot complex software, hardware, database, and infrastructure issues to resolution * Own incidents and manage them to closure with clear stakeholder communication * Provide high-level diagnosis and take over escalated issues as needed * Replicate complex customer issues for diagnosis, testing, and resolution * Analyze data reports, forms, and web technologies and related functionality * Use client management system to track and document issues * Submit issues to development or other internal teams for resolution when necessary * Coordinate with product development and implementation teams to resolve issues efficiently * Train end-users on system operations and functionality via remote methods * Create/update/enhance documentation throughout the support process * Review release docs and provide feedback to teams * Participate in Early Adopter activities and User Group meetings as needed * Assist in transitional services for new clients post-live period * Commit to expanding technical skills and knowledge of Tyler products and tools * Adhere to company policies including Safety, EEO, Ethics, and others Tasks * Bachelor in MIS or related technical field (or equivalent experience) * General technical knowledge of Microsoft products and technologies, including Windows Servers and Microsoft Office * Proficiency with relational databases or SQL (preferred) * Experience with .NET and related web technologies (HTML, XSL, XML) (preferred) * Knowledge of software development tools (a plus) * Strong analytical abilities in technical contexts * Excellent troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving skills * Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills * Strong organizational, time management, decision-making, and multi-tasking skills * Ability to resolve complex client inquiries effectively * Willingness to learn new technologies quickly * Commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience Key requirements *
