Workday Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of Workday integrations and reporting solutions. You will work within cross-functional teams to implement inbound/outbound integrations, build advanced HR/Finance reports, and optimize Workday business processes. You’ll support bi-annual Workday releases with impact analysis and regression testing, while ensuring strict data privacy and secure access controls. This is a hands-on, impact-driven role that shapes the way finance and HR data flows across systems. Compensation / Benefits * Integration Development: build, test, and deploy inbound and outbound integrations using EIBs, Core Connectors, Document Transformation, and Workday Studio * Custom Reporting: create and maintain advanced HR/Finance reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, BIRT) * Business Processes: configure and optimize Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, and Workday Calculated Fields * System Upgrades: support bi-annual Workday releases including impact analysis and regression testing * Compliance & Security: enforce data privacy and security policies through domain security, security policies, and role-based permissions Tasks * 8+ years of hands-on Workday implementation and development experience * Deep technical knowledge of Workday Toolset (EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, Report Writer, Calculated Fields) * Programming skills in REST/SOAP, XML, XSLT, JSON, and APIs Key requirements *
