Avionics Test Engineer

Develop hardware-in-the-loop test equipment Troubleshoot test failures Support testing of Avionics systems and components across hardware and software including environmental qualification. Write test plans and procedures Document design issues and work with engineering teams to resolve Support avionics production Execute system checkouts on the integrated vehicle Provide delegate Functional Leadership as required Work collaboratively to achieve goals and/or complete assigned tasks

Must have a B.Sc. Engineering degree from an accredited university

Experience with component and system-level testing Experience developing test benches Experience documenting wiring schematics LabVIEW and/or Python development skills Experience with NI Veristand a plus Experience with Environmental/Electrical Qualification standards such as RTCA-DO160, Mil-STD 461 8 or more years of relevant integration and testing experience in aerospace or similar field Experience with embedded system hardware and software Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and written communication skills Experience with leading and mentoring Junior Engineers Demonstrate willingness to adjust thinking and behavior. Ability to communicate in a manner that is timely, respectful, and open to other ideas, Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) to comply with ITAR regulations.
