Systems Engineer

Support EA-18G Growler Block 1 and Block 2 software programs Analyze and contribute to software system designs Evaluate interfaces between multiple subsystems Develop test procedures for verification and validation activities Perform module-level integration testing and regression testing Analyze test results and document defects Collaborate with software developers to resolve issues Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives Work directly with customers, internal engineering teams, and technical stakeholders Support peer reviews, milestone reviews, and technical interchange meetings Assist with requirements traceability and verification efforts Ensure software solutions meet customer and program requirements

BS in STEM field with 5+ years of experience OR MS in STEM field with 3+ years of experience Active Secret Security Clearance Experience with embedded software systems testing Conducting integration, functional, regression, and performance testing Requirements-based testing experience Experience with IBM DOORS or equivalent Requirements Management System (RMS) Ability to create clear functional and technical requirements Familiarity with Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and testing cycles Experience supporting DevSecOps CI/CD environments Strong root cause analysis and defect tracking skills Experience interpreting ICDs, SRS documentation, and system architecture documentation Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Ability to participate in formal reviews, audits, and technical walkthroughs Ability to work onsite full-time
