Web Architect/PM

Experteer Overview As Website Architect/PM, you will shape Tekion.com by defining technical strategy, ensuring scalable performance, and mentoring delivery teams. You’ll design and optimize the CMS structure, guarantee pixel-perfect implementations, and coordinate cross-functional work to drive growth. You will extend CMS capabilities with custom frontend code, integrations, and AI/SEO-driven experiences to maximize engagement. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, engineering, and operations, delivering fast, AI-forward digital experiences. You’ll have a clear impact on Tekion’s online presence and customer value, leveraging cutting-edge tech in a hyper-growth environment. Compensation / Benefits * Architect CMS structures for maximum scalability (collections, reference fields, dynamic content) * Lead delivery as PM: build responsive, accessible, pixel-perfect experiences from designs * Extend CMS functionality with custom HTML/CSS/JS * Integrate CMS with Marketing Automation and AI tools * SEO, AEO, and performance optimization to improve search and user experience * Structure content for AI search and LLM citations * Technical SEO: schema, meta tags, internal linking * Performance optimization: Core Web Vitals, image optimization, lazy-loading, script management * Project leadership: manage end-to-end delivery and documentation * Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Design * Mentorship on CMS usage and capabilities Tasks * 5+ years in CMS development (Webflow preferred) * Portfolio showing complex Webflow CMS structures and high-performance sites * HTML, CSS, JavaScript front-end expertise * CDN experience with Cloudflare or CloudFront * Strong SEO/AEO experience * Figma fluency * CRO mindset with A/B testing and user journey mapping * Technical acumen with API integrations and data flows; SQL familiarity * Cross-functional collaboration in a global matrixed environment * Bachelor’s or Master’s in engineering, Computer Science, or related field * Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect, Microsoft Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Solutions Architect Key requirements * Competitive compensation and stock options * 100% employer-paid medical, dental and vision * Unlimited PTO and parental leave * Free snacks and beverages * Opportunity to work with leading tech minds in Silicon Valley network * Growth opportunities in a hyper-growth startup
