Principal Data Scientist Lead

Experteer Overview In this role you drive advanced causal inference and ML initiatives to guide strategic decisions for executive stakeholders. You’ll shape analytic standards, design scalable experimentation for cross-team use, and mentor senior data scientists, accelerating Microsoft’s AI transformation. You collaborate with leaders to ensure rigorous measurement and compelling data storytelling. This opportunity lets you influence product and methodological direction while growing as a technical leader within CE&S.
