Experteer Overview Senior Principal Power Systems Architect at Analog Devices leads a team of experts to translate market needs into scalable power architectures and product strategies. You will shape architecture directions across growth domains in industrial, robotics, automation, sensing and actuation, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Expect to drive architecture reviews, define reference platforms, and guide customers from concept to post-release support. This role offers high impact on portfolio strategy and customer-facing technical leadership in a fast-moving segment. Compensation / Benefits * Lead and develop a team of power system architects with domain ownership * Establish architecture processes to translate customer problems into product opportunities * Define scalable power architectures and reference platforms for growth domains * Lead architecture reviews ensuring technical credibility and alignment with portfolio strategy * Partner with product management, marketing, engineering and applications to shape roadmaps and requirements * Engage with strategic customers to understand app roadmaps and position ADI solutions * Create reusable collateral: reference architectures, design guides, models, and training materials * Capture lessons learned to feed back into product planning and solution development * Support field teams with technical guidance and issue resolution * Track pipeline, design-in influence, and strategic customer penetration Tasks * Minimum BSEE; 10+ years in power systems or related fields * MSEE or PhD preferred or equivalent experience * Deep knowledge of power conversion, distribution, isolation, EMI/EMC, efficiency and transient response * Experience in growth domains such as industrial automation, robotics, instrumentation, energy infrastructure, data infrastructure, automotive, or aerospace (desirable) * Strong customer-facing communication and ability to translate trade-offs into business impact * Excellent written and presentation skills; cross-functional collaboration * Willingness to travel 10-20% * Ability to lead senior technical talent and influence across multiple business units Key requirements * medical, vision and dental coverage * 401k * paid vacation * holidays * sick time * bonus (discretionary)
