Salesforce Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant to lead the development, administration, and governance of enterprise Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce administration, security, automation, integrations, release management, and platform architecture, with experience supporting large, regulated enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Salesforce solutions, templates, and automation to improve collaboration and business processes.
• Manage Salesforce security, including profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules, and organization-wide defaults (OWD).
• Support identity management, SSO authentication, user provisioning, and security compliance.
• Develop and maintain automation using Flow, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura.
• Manage release processes, CI/CD pipelines, sandbox environments, and deployment activities.
• Oversee managed packages, metadata management, and version control using Salesforce DevOps best practices.
• Ensure data quality through validation, deduplication, reconciliation, and governance processes.
• Develop and support API integrations, middleware, Platform Events, and event-driven solutions.
• Maintain platform documentation, technical standards, and operational best practices.

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in enterprise environments.

• Strong expertise with:

• Salesforce Administration
• Salesforce Security Architecture
• Flows and Process Automation
• Apex Development
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Aura Components
• REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Integrations
• Platform Events & Change Data Capture
• CI/CD and Release Management
• Metadata Management & Second-Generation Packaging (2GP)
• Experience with enterprise security, SSO, MFA, OAuth, encryption, and audit controls.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits, metadata-driven development, and high-volume data management.
• Experience working in regulated or large enterprise environments.
