Job description

Lead and manage QA/testing activities for Salesforce Health Cloud implementations.
Design and implement test strategies, test plans, and test cases across functional, integration, and regression testing.
Validate MuleSoft APIs and integrations between Salesforce and external healthcare systems.
Perform testing on AWS-based applications and services, ensuring scalability and performance.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables.
Oversee test automation frameworks and improve test coverage using modern tools.
Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and data security regulations (HIPAA knowledge preferred).
Manage defect lifecycle, reporting, and root cause analysis.
Mentor QA team members and drive best practices in testing.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in Software Testing/QA, with at least 2+ years in a Test Lead role.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud testing.
Strong knowledge of MuleSoft API testing (REST/SOAP, integration validation).
Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.) in testing environments.
Expertise in manual and automation testing tools (Selenium, TestNG, etc.).
Strong understanding of API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI).
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
