Senior Director, Client Intelligence Technology - Hybrid

Experteer Overview As Senior Director, you will define and execute the technology strategy for FactSet’s Client Intelligence portfolio, spanning Capital Markets, Research Intelligence, Quantitative Analytics, and Advisor & Client Intelligence. You will lead a global engineering organization through platform modernization toward cloud-native and AI-powered solutions, ensuring reliability, security, and compliance while partnering with product and business leaders. This role shapes product innovation and client value across multiple businesses and reports to the CTO. You’ll operate in a hybrid setup across multiple global locations and drive measurable technology outcomes that enable growth. Compensation / Benefits * Own the end-to-end technology strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Client Intelligence portfolio across four businesses * Partner with Product Management, Design, and business leaders to translate strategy into an outcome-driven engineering plan * Drive modernization towards web-based, agentic platforms with AI/GenAI integration in client workflows * Lead and scale a globally distributed engineering organization with focus on delivery, velocity, and quality * Ensure reliability, scalability, security, and performance of production services with clear SLAs/SLOs and operational excellence * Set engineering standards and architecture governance (code quality, testing, CI/CD, cloud-native development) * Own technology budgets, headcount planning, vendor management, and build-vs-buy decisions * Attract, retain, and develop top engineering talent and foster an inclusive culture * Represent technology in executive forums with transparent delivery health reporting * Champion data governance, regulatory, and compliance requirements in financial services and wealth-management clients Tasks * 15+ years of technology experience with 5+ years leading engineering at scale * Proven track record delivering complex cloud-native SaaS products in an agile environment * Breadth in modern web app architecture, microservices, APIs, and distributed systems with hands-on guidance * Experience embedding AI/ML or GenAI/agentic capabilities into enterprise products * Strong understanding of data platforms and real-time financial data at scale * Experience leading multi-site, globally distributed teams across time zones * Strong business and financial acumen with budgeting and portfolio investment experience * Experience operating in regulated environments with security and privacy emphasis Key requirements *
