Job description

Experteer Overview Senior HPC Support Engineer to support InfiniBand, NVLink and GPU technologies in data center and networking contexts. You will be the main contact for customers, resolving complex installation, operation, and interoperability issues, while collaborating with engineering, marketing, and support teams. The role blends advanced troubleshooting with process improvement, aiming to elevate customer satisfaction and product experience. This is an opportunity to contribute to world-class AI infrastructure and high-performance networking at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Resolve sophisticated customer issues through research, reproduction, and structured debugging for InfiniBand, NVLink, and GPU solutions on Linux multi-distro environments * Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and conference calls and guide customers through installation, operation, maintenance, and interoperability tasks * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide feedback on product requirements, customer experience, and support tooling * Develop and document standard methodologies and best practices for internal support/R&D to improve processes * Participate in multi-functional meetings to communicate technical insights and influence product improvements Tasks * 5+ years in in-depth customer support and debugging in large-scale networking/AI infrastructure environments (InfiniBand, Ethernet, GPU) * Experience with Agentic AI tools (e.g., Claude, Codex, Cursor) in daily work * Excellent verbal and written English skills * Academic degree in Networking, Computer Science/Engineering, or Electrical/IT (or equivalent experience) * Strong interpersonal, prioritization, and multi-tasking abilities * Proficiency in networking concepts and protocols (IP, L2/L3) at CCNP/CompTIA Networking+/Cloud+ level * Ability to debug networking protocols with TCPDUMP/Wireshark and equivalent tools * Linux system administration and performance tuning; containerized solutions and virtualization; cloud infrastructure knowledge Key requirements * equity * comprehensive benefits package * base salary * career opportunities
