Experteer Overview In this role you will contribute to the AISoC Silicon team, driving high-performance Network-on-Chip designs for AI SoCs. You will work across IP microarchitecture, RTL, and SOC integration, collaborating with architecture, verification, and physical design to ensure robust implementation. The position offers exposure to cutting-edge AI hardware and a chance to influence silicon that powers Microsoft’s AI-driven services. You will operate in a high-impact, cross-functional environment with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and security. Compensation / Benefits * Specification and development of IP microarchitecture * RTL coding and design implementation * Synthesis, linting, CDC/FEV validation * SOC integration across subsystems * Collaboration with architecture, verification, and physical design teams * Ensure design is implemented and verified to specification Tasks * Doctorate in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field AND 1+ year(s) experience OR * Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field AND 4+ years experience OR * Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field AND 5+ years experience OR * equivalent experience Key requirements *
