Senior Specialist - Data Sciences

Experteer Overview In this role you will build and operationalize Copilot Agents to address complex business problems, with hands-on coding across the stack. You will work within a banking context to ensure secure, governance-driven integration of enterprise data with AI agents. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design fluent conversational experiences and scalable agent-based workflows, delivering practical AI capabilities that support business outcomes. Compensation / Benefits * Design and implement Copilot Agents and agent flows to solve business problems * Perform hands-on coding to build reusable backend capabilities and multistep workflows * Integrate agents with internal platforms and external systems (eg MuleSoft, Starburst) and enterprise data sources * Develop and validate agent skills using configuration/IaC-style tooling and YAML-based authoring * Collaborate on conversational UX, handling ambiguity, and ensuring smooth user journeys * Ensure data grounding, governance, and secure data retrieval in banking context * Participate in workflow orchestration and multiagent coordination across systems Tasks * Power Platform expertise (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Fx) * Understanding of LLM-driven agents, prompt design, grounding, and context management * API and connector integration (REST, custom connectors) and enterprise integrations * Proficiency in programming languages (.NET, JavaScript, Python) for building custom skills * Experience with agent skills development and multistep logic * Conversational UX design, dialogue writing, and handling ambiguity * Data governance, security compliance, Entra ID authentication, RBAC * Workflow orchestration and event-driven automation Key requirements *
