Job description

The HRIS Analyst will focus on Workday reporting, dashboard development, and integrations support. This individual will maintain and enhance reporting capabilities while partnering with technical and functional teams to support ongoing Workday integration efforts.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Create, modify, and maintain Workday reports for HR and business stakeholders.
  • Develop and support Workday dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions.
  • Handle daily tickets related to report requests, updates, and troubleshooting.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into reporting solutions.
  • Monitor report performance and recommend improvements.
  • Support Workday integration activities by participating in project meetings and working sessions.
  • Assist with testing, validation, and troubleshooting of inbound and outbound integrations.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent teams on reporting and data needs.
  • Ensure data integrity across Workday reporting and integration processes.
  • Help maintain reporting documentation and process guides.
  • Participate in system enhancements and Workday optimization initiatives.
  • Provide end-user support and training related to Workday reporting functionality.

Requirements

3+ years of Workday reporting experience.

  • Experience supporting Workday integrations.
  • Knowledge of Workday business processes and HRIS best practices.
  • Experience building dashboards and complex reports within Workday.
  • Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Ability to support multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
