Job description

We are seeking a temporary HRIS Analyst to support our transition to Workday in Greenville, SC. This role requires strong HRIS experience and a proactive approach to both implementation and data analysis, with a pay rate starting at $30 per hour.

What You’ll Do

Support HRIS implementation and system transitions
Develop advanced reports and dashboards
Analyze data trends and perform root cause analysis
Configure business rules and workflows
Troubleshoot and resolve user and system issues

Requirements

Strong HRIS experience, especially with Workday
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Attention to detail with large datasets
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Dependable and flexible attitude
