We are seeking an experienced Senior Power BI Architect & Developer to lead a dual-focused initiative: modernizing our enterprise Power BI environment and designing robust, high-performance reporting solutions for our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team.The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Power BI Administration, Architecture, and Data Modeling (DAX/Paginated Reports). You will be responsible for upgrading legacy gateway infrastructure, establishing long-term evergreen release processes, and developing complex semantic models and dashboards, followed by knowledge transfer to internal resources.Gateway & Infrastructure Upgrade: Audit and upgrade the current legacy Power BI On-Premises Data Gateway (2023 version) and related environment components to the latest release.Impact & User Analysis: Map out existing report dependencies, active user bases, and data source connections to evaluate upgrade impacts.Evergreen Strategy Development: Create a standardized, repeatable upgrade
