Power Platforms Software Engineer | Secret Clearance

Experteer Overview In this role you will design and deploy Power Platform solutions to modernize processes for government clients, translating requirements into actionable work items within Agile sprints. You will lead implementation plans, validate data quality, and support release and sustainment activities. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and impactful digital transformations. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused position with strong emphasis on security clearance and client outcomes. Compensation / Benefits * Design, configure, develop, test, and deploy Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint Online) * Translate business requirements into prioritized Agile backlog items and deliver incrementally in sprints * Create implementation plans with timelines and effort estimates, and enhance solutions for evolving client needs * Conduct functional, performance, and end-user testing; validate data quality and transfer accuracy; support release activities * Prepare user guidance and SOPs; troubleshoot production issues; implement fixes and minor enhancements; maintain sustainment activities Tasks * 1+ year of hands-on development experience in Power Apps * Experience developing solutions using Power Automate, Power BI or SharePoint Online * Active Secret security clearance * Bachelor’s degree * Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * reasonable accommodations * broad range of benefits
