Job description
Kforce has a client that is seeking an AV/IT Systems Engineer in Boston, MA., * Install, support, and maintain audio-visual, conferencing, and workplace technology systems
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, AV, and connectivity issues to ensure reliable operations
- Support meetings, events, and presentations through system setup, testing, and live assistance
- Maintain digital displays, collaboration technologies, and related equipment
- Create and update technical documentation, inventories, and process guides
- Partner with internal teams and vendors to implement technology solutions and improvements
Requirements
*- 2+ years of experience in AV support, IT support, or a related technical environment
- Experience supporting conferencing, collaboration, and end-user technologies
- Working knowledge of networking concepts, system connectivity, and troubleshooting
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments and support occasional after-hours events
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving
- Comfortable handling equipment installations and physical technology support tasks

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
